South African print shifts rarely fail because someone forgot a moodboard. They fail when an colour is dirty before make-ready, or a plate mounts soft on a firm job. Embroidery Thread Palette has a practical job on the press: keep ink transfer honest at the rate your studio actually runs. Start by naming the studio and the ink system. Water-based film wants different volume feel than UV labels. Corrugated solids want firm tape that soft vignettes do not.
